Shipping policy

U.S. shipping

We currently accept orders shipping to the United States. Each shirt is printed to order and shipped directly from our production partner.

Production and delivery

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for order processing and production, followed by 7–12 business days for standard shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Holidays, carrier delays, customs, and remote destinations can add time.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping starts at $4.96 for one shirt, plus $2.44 for each additional shirt shipped together. Your available delivery options and final shipping charge appear at checkout before payment.

Tracking and delivery help

Tracking is provided when your order ships. If your shipment is delayed or missing, contact support@arcmates.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Please verify your delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible once processing begins.
