Made for your order

Each ArcMates shirt is printed to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for selecting the wrong size, color, or design. Please check the size guide and your selections before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact support@arcmates.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Cancellations and address changes

Email us as soon as possible. We can only confirm a cancellation or change before production begins; requests are not guaranteed once an order is processing.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.

This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
